It is positioned at the fuel lines assembly on models including the G100, G120, G130, G150, G180, G230, G25, G50, G70, and G90 generators, including Cold Weather, Custom, Standard, Extended Run, and Tier 4 Final variants.
On mobile generator configurations equipped with external fuel supply connections, the 3/8-inch return line size corresponds to the ISO 7241-1-Series B fitting standard specified in Wacker Neuson operator manuals for the G50, G100, G120, G130, and G150 series. The external return hose fitting uses the 3/8-inch size, making this hose relevant to both internal routing and external fuel supply setups. Wacker Neuson manuals caution that kinked or improperly connected hoses create a fire hazard, and that hoses must not contact hot surfaces during operation. Inspect this hose during routine fuel system service for signs of cracking, kinking, or leaks and replace it before returning the machine to service.
