This 3/8 x 350mm fuel hose serves the fuel quick-release coupling assembly on Wacker Neuson mobile generators, connecting the generator's fuel system at the quick-disconnect fitting that allows rapid hookup and changeover between the base tank and an external fuel supply. Measuring 3/8 inch in diameter and 350mm in length, this hose is sized specifically for the fuel quick-release coupling location found on the G25, G50, G150, G180, and G230 generator models, including Tier 4 Final, Tier 4i, Cold Weather, Custom, and Transport Canada variants.
The quick-release coupling system on these generators is designed to connect quickly to external fuel sources using ISO 7241-1 Series B style couplers with 3/4-inch NPT port threads. The fuel hose at this location carries diesel fuel and must maintain a reliable seal to support the two-position fuel valve switch function, which directs supply from either the base tank or an external source. Replacing a worn, cracked, or leaking hose at this assembly restores proper fuel delivery routing between the coupling and the generator's fuel circuit.
