The cross tube wireway is a frame enclosure component on Wacker Neuson E3000 series heaters, routing and protecting electrical wiring across the machine frame as part of the frame enclosure assembly. Positioned within the frame cpl. and frame enclosure cpl. assemblies, this tube provides the structural channel through which wiring is organized and secured, keeping conductors properly routed in environments where ground heaters and hydronic surface heaters operate under demanding conditions.
This part fits a range of E3000 configurations, including ground heaters rated at 3kW and 6kW, lift bail variants, thermostat-controlled models, and hydronic surface heater configurations with and without generators. Because the wireway is integrated into the frame enclosure structure, damage or deformation to this tube can compromise wire routing, expose conductors to mechanical wear, or interfere with proper assembly of the frame enclosure.
