This door duct insulator mounts at multiple door locations on Wacker Neuson mobile generators, including the front left door, rear left door, right front door, and corresponding positions on the G320 series, providing thermal and acoustic insulation within the generator enclosure's ventilation duct openings.
Proper door duct insulation helps maintain the integrity of the enclosure by limiting heat transfer and reducing noise transmission through the door panel openings. When this insulator degrades or is damaged, gaps in the door duct can allow heat buildup within the enclosure or permit excessive noise to escape, affecting the overall condition of the housing assembly.
