The dual pump mount weldment (part number 5000169463) is a fabricated structural bracket that secures and positions dual circulation pumps within the E3000 hydronic heater system, located within the circulation pump assembly, motor/pump assembly, and trailer assembly of the machine.
This welded mounting structure holds the pump and motor assembly in fixed alignment, ensuring proper connection between the heating circuit components. It is used across the E3000 ground heater and hydronic surface heater lines, including 3kW and 6kW generator-equipped variants, lift bail configurations, and trailer-mounted setups. A damaged or corroded weldment can allow pump misalignment, leading to vibration, premature pump wear, or fluid connection failures during operation in cold-weather ground thawing and surface heating applications.
