This is the complete gas burner assembly (Burner-G900, Gas, HI 900) for Wacker Neuson indirect air heaters, installed at the burner cover, gas train, and wiring assembly locations on compatible HI900 and HI1000 series machines. It is the primary combustion component that generates the 850,000 BTU/hr fuel input that these heaters are rated to deliver, and it is used across both natural gas and LP configurations depending on orifice and spring selection.

Factory burner settings for the HI900 series specify an air damper setting of 8 for both NG and LP, a combustion head setting of 5, a gas manifold pressure of 3.4 in. w.c. for NG and 5.1 in. w.c. for LP, and orifices of 3.7 mm (NG) or 2.0 mm (LP). Spring selection is R6110-512 (blue) for NG and R6110-38 (pink) for LP. The HI1000 series uses the same combustion head setting of 5 and matching orifice sizes, with an NG manifold pressure of 3.3 in. w.c. and an air damper setting of 6 for NG and 8 for LP. These settings are required when installing or re-commissioning this burner to bring combustion within factory-specified parameters.
