This lower welded skid frame, officially designated Frame-Skid,Wldmt,Lwr,ML,T4F, forms the structural base of the underframe and subframe assembly on Wacker Neuson G70, G100, G130, and G150 Tier 4 Final mobile generators, as well as the 200-gallon extended fuel tank skid option. The welded construction provides the rigid foundation to which the generator enclosure, engine mounts, fuel system, and ancillary components are secured at the machine level.
This part appears in the G70 Subframe assembly, the G100 Underframe, G130 Underframe, and G150 Underframe, as well as the Skid Assembly and Skid cpl. configurations. Wacker Neuson manual data shows the G150 skid frame accommodates an overall machine width of 1193 mm (47 in.) and length of 3141 mm (123.7 in.), reflecting the scale and load demands this lower frame must support. The G100 platform similarly spans 2784 mm (110.0 in.) in length at the frame level.
