This 460mm lube level hose assembly connects to the lube level maintainer system on Wacker Neuson mobile and skid-mounted generators, routing oil between the maintainer and the engine to keep lubrication levels consistent during operation. Sourced from the lube level maintainer assembly location, this hose is the direct fluid path that allows the optional automatic oil replenishment system to function correctly on equipped units.
At 460mm in length, the hose is sized specifically for the generator models listed below. When inspecting or replacing this hose, check for signs of wear that would require immediate replacement, including leaky seals, worn or torn outer shells, exposed reinforcement, expanded sections along the hose body, or any crushing or kinking of the hose. A compromised hose in the lube level maintainer circuit can interrupt automatic oil supply to the engine, making timely replacement important during routine generator maintenance.
