This seal ring installs in the electrical components assembly of Wacker Neuson hydronic heaters and ground heaters, providing a fluid-tight seal at connections within that assembly to prevent leaks that could compromise heater operation or cause electrical faults.
Seal rings in hydronic heating systems serve to maintain integrity at fluid circuit connection points. In the E2200, HP252, HSH 650, and HSH700G machines, the electrical components area routes both power and heated fluid, making a properly seated, undamaged seal ring important for keeping those systems separated and functioning as intended. A worn, cracked, or compressed seal ring in this location can allow fluid migration toward electrical connections, which may present as moisture intrusion, intermittent electrical faults, or visible weeping at a fitting or housing joint.
When servicing the electrical components assembly on any of the compatible models below, inspect the seal ring for deformation, hardening, or surface cracking and replace it if any of those conditions are present. Using a genuine OEM seal ring ensures correct dimensional fit and material compatibility with the fluids and temperature ranges these heaters operate under.
