This tube clamp, Wacker Neuson part 5000163958, secures tubing and hose routing at the control panel, air cleaner mounting, fan guard, fuel tank, and fuel tank mounting assemblies across a wide range of Wacker Neuson portable generators and ride-on rollers.
Installed at multiple assembly locations including the control panel and air cleaner mounting area, the fuel tank, and rear sheet metal panel sections near the muffler, this clamp holds tubes in place against vibration and movement during machine operation. A failed or missing tube clamp in these locations can allow hose or tube shift, potentially disrupting fuel delivery, air intake routing, or cooling airflow. Replacing a worn, cracked, or loosened clamp restores proper tube retention and helps prevent downstream damage to connected components.
