Positioned at the canister and piping assembly, the fuel pump assembly, and the fuel tank assembly, this clamp holds tubing firmly in place to prevent loosening, leaks, or disconnection during operation. On generator models such as the GP2500A, the canister and piping system routes fuel from the tank through the pump circuit, and a properly seated tube clamp is necessary to maintain those connections without seepage or air ingestion into the fuel line.
