This welded control box assembly (SML, part 5000176128) is the structural and electrical enclosure housing the main breaker, fuse block, relay components, and switch box assembly on Wacker Neuson G20 and G25 mobile generators. It mounts at the control box location on the machine and integrates the complete electrical control infrastructure for generator output management.
On the G25, the control box encloses and protects key electrical components including the main breaker, 120V and 240V circuit breakers, GFI receptacles, voltage selector switch, shunt, buss bar, mechanical lugs, lug safety limit switch, Engine Control Module (ECM), current transformer input plug, line voltage input plug, voltage regulator with 4A fuse, voltage adjustment rheostat, terminal block, and terminal strip. The welded construction of this SML box provides the rigid, permanent enclosure needed to secure and protect these components in mobile generator applications, including cold weather Tier 4 Final configurations.
